Community CROPS 2010 Plant Sale

Saturday, May 8, 2010, 2:00-4:00pm, Westgate Bank, 50th and O

The CROPS plant sale has been an annual event for many years that everyone looks forward to. Started by Open Harvest in their parking lot, the sale has raised hundreds of dollars for community gardens each year by selling a variety of donated plants.

New this year! Plant experts will be on hand to answer all your plant related questions!

Plants for Sale

  • Vegetable transplants, including many heirloom tomatoes and other delicious varieties of peppers, eggplant, cabbage and much more
  • Perennial plants of all kinds, such as purple cone flower, artemesia, sedum, daylilies and devil's paintbrush
  • Herb and flower transplants like oregano, mint, lemon balm
  • Houseplants of all types

To Donate Plants

You can bring plants the day of the sale from 12:30-1:30 and drop them off at the sale location at 50th and O Streets.

If you'd prefer to drop them off earlier, give us a call at 474-9802 or e-mail us at crops@communitycrops.org to schedule a time to bring them by the CROPS office at 1551 S. 2nd (2nd and Garfield).
