Much might be attributed to the current popularity of television food shows requiring those essential garden-fresh ingredients. Other reasons may be a craving for the great outdoors and physical activity. On a practical basis, some will point to saving money and reducing the carbon footprint of food traveling long distances to the consumer. Whatever the reason, the enthusiasm for urban agriculture appears weekly share of vegetables in return very real and recent demographic changes for providing financial support for the suggest the trend will continue.
